TXM (Toyota Express Maintenance) Technician & Lot Attendant

Our award-winning service staff is searching for Service Lot Attendants and TXM Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be motivated to learn and ready to work their way up! We prepare our entry-level technicians to be the Master flat-rate techs of the future through additional schools and training. If you have the desire and motivation, we can provide that path for you. All basic tools will be provided. In addition, we have state-of-the-art toolboxes and equipment that you will have access to. Duties may include; greeting and assisting customers, transporting and parking vehicles in our service lot, running vehicles through our automatic car wash or changing oil, rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, basic maintenance, and much more on Toyota vehicles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process car deals, bank paperwork and upload information to receive funding, Audit car deals for compliance and accuracy,Process and remit service contract and other finance-related products, Process trade paperwork within the Department of Licensing Secure Access portal,Balance debits and credits on car deals,Ensure all data entered into accounting system (CDK) is accurate, Maintain a log of missing documents from car deals to ensure compliance, Verify vehicle sales information within MS system, Assist with reviewing and maintaining accounting schedules, Review and audit monthly commission reports, Communicate with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Finance Manager's in a professional manner.
- Three years of relevant job experience (auto dealership experience required)
- Excellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, Excel knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
