If you meet any of the criteria listed below, we are available to assist you at our dealership “by appointment only”:

  • Close a pending transaction that began before Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-25 was issued; or
  • Replace a totaled vehicle, replace a damaged vehicle that is impractical to repair, extend a lease that expires; orProvide transportation to essential workers, as identified in the "Essential Critical  Infrastructure Workers" list, Appendix to Proclamation 20-25, if the essential worker has no other means of  transportation
  • As part of the sales transaction, the buyer must certify that the purchase is essential for one of the reasons listed above.

We are available Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 5PM to assist with selling and delivering vehicles.   

To Consumers That Do Not Meet the Above Criteria

Our online showroom is available 24/7 at www.toyotaofpuyallup.com.  Our Internet Team is available to chat, email or contact you by phone.  We can negotiate a deal and make arrangements to deliver the new or used vehicle to you as soon as the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order is lifted.

Our Parts & Service departments are OPEN FOR BUSINESS  Monday- Saturday 8AM-5PM                                                                                                                                                                                                              We offering our full menu of services, including:batteries, tires, brakes, recall work, oil change services and more!

We are offering 15% off ALL Parts & Service for First Responders, Doctors/Nurses/Caregivers and Teachers.  

Please know we are following the CDC guidelines to provide a safe & clean environment for our guests, including:

  • Sanitizing all employee and guest touch-points throughout the day
  • Providing gloves for valets & porters who are driving customer vehicles
  • Appropriate social distancing measures within all departments and customer waiting areas
  • Suspending our fresh-baked cookie service
  • Suspending our courtesy shuttle service
  • Removing magazines and brochures from our waiting areas
  • Removing the iPads and toys from our kids play rooms
