I do not normally write reviews, but as Mark Lucas and his co-workers at Toyota of Puyallup did such an great job working with and taking care of me through the sales process, I wanted to ensure he/they were recognized for their efforts. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and truly loves his job. I had a unique situation which he nor his co-workers had ever encountered. Greg Backstorm went above and beyond by reaching out to other subject matter experts and getting the answers we needed. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, or used vehicle, I recommend making Toyota f Puyallup your first stop.... More
I love Toyota of Puyallup..! Their customer service beyond exemplary. Went in for an oil change today and was informed that my service contract for oil changes had expired a month ago but they went ahead and honored it for this change anyway. How awesome is that..!? I also brought a 2005 Corolla new years ago and my husband wanted me to get a new car in 2012 so he could have my Corolla, a poor decision on my part was to try a Honda. After 3 years I begged to trade it in for another Toyota, we ended up back at Toyota of Puyallup with a great deal on the trade in for another Corolla. I don't know that I would ever go any where else to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Toyota of Puyallup...! You guys are awesome..!... More
Purchased a Camry here for my wife last week. The service was excellent! Aaron "Curly" was a dream to work with. Super happy with the whole experience.
Rick Bauer was AMAZING!! He took his time showing me all the options on the lot, making sure I was comfortable with my decision. He made sure I got the best deal! If you are in the market for a vehicle go talk to Rick at Toyota of Puyallup first!
Took my RAV4 in for routine servicing. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Cost was reasonable. I plan to get all my car check ups there.
I recently purchased a 2019 4Runner and so far I love it! thank you so much to Jon Martinez, for helping me out and for making this easier than what I was expecting. So if you guys are wanting to buy a new car go to Toyota of Puyallup they will definitely have what you’re looking for.
Thank you for the excellent and courteous service. The service department does fine work and keeps my Avalon running in top condition. They even find issues that I was not aware of before they become problems. The car is clean and ready on time. At this service I requested a detailed cleaning and wash because I can not easily do this work myself. It really made the car look new! The technician gave me a report of the car's condition and what to be aware of in the way of possible future service needs. And the customer shuttle service was most helpful since my "chauffeur" was engaged in other business that morning. I'd say that Toyota of Puyallup gives superior service and excellent work. I highly recommend them.... More
I was greeted immediately upon driving up to the service bay. The professionalism and gold treatment was evident with the first words out of the customer service technician's mouth. They treated both me and my vehicle with TLC and delivered on their promise to have the scheduled maintenance done within the time given. To top it off, I got fresh cookies in the waiting area that were YUMMY! I am very happy to have bought my vehicle from Toyota of Puyallup and even happier to have the service donethere as well. Rating A+!

I am a long time Toyota owner. I bought my first pickup from your old location in 1988. Since then I have purchased many Toyotas . . . to include a Toyota like vehicle . . . a 2014 FRS. I have made most of these purchases with Steve Bjornson who is just a great guy. He knows Toyotas inside and out and has never pressured me to make a decision. It took me a year to buy the FRS. I’m a real research guy and had to weigh all the pros and cons of the FRS and the Subaru BRZ. In the end it was the culture of your dealership that cemented the deal.
Recently our new Highlander developed a front-end shimmy at about 12,000 miles. I brought the car to your dealership where they eliminated the front-end problem . . . until about 19,000 miles. I was really disappointed as that has not been the norm with Toyota’s for us. The shimmy created a potential dangerous driving environment for my wife who mostly drives the Highlander. I have a 2017 Tacoma that I love. I decided to contact your service manager, Rich, to whom I explained the Highlander history. I then set up a date for the scheduled maintenance and to diagnose the brake problem. About 4pm I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up.
I understand that you guys get probably too many negative comments that you don’t deserve and maybe a handful where someone is at fault. But, I can tell you that I have never been more pleased than when I walked in to pick up the Highlander. All four rotors had been turned and new brake pads installed. The Highlander drives like a dream . . . just the Toyota way! I have thanked Rich for his instrumental part. Like Steve, another great guy at your dealership.
I’m an ESPN KIRO 710 listener where I hear Brock and sometimes you extolling the virtues of Toyotas. I hope potential buyers listen, too. They won’t be disappointed with Toyota of Puyallup!... More
I would like to express my thanks to you and your team for what has turned out to be the best customer service experience my husband and I have ever had at an auto dealer.
We moved to Washington on Monday the 9th. We needed to purchase two vehicles, a car for my son and a truck for my husband. We ended up at Toyota of Puyallup on Wednesday the 11th after visiting a couple of other dealers in the area. We were lucky enough to get Mark Moritz as our sales representative, spent a couple of hours finding the right vehicles, and started the purchase process. We were only able to complete all the paperwork on one vehicle and took that one home with us. I should add that Tiffany Adam hustled to get us out the door and onto a ferry we needed to take. We agreed that we would bring a check on Friday and pick up the second vehicle.
While my guys were out looking for cars and test driving, my dog and I spent a significant amount of time in the dealership, waiting. Everyone was kind, came and said hi to my dog. She is in love with the dog cookies you provide!
That night, I fell down the stairs and broke my leg. I spent 4 days at Harborview and am still mostly immobile. My husband called Mark and Tiffany to let them know we would not make the Friday date. Their message was: take care of your wife, we will figure this all out.
Long story short: Tiffany arranged to provide the final paperwork in a creative manner, and Mark delivered the truck to my husband yesterday here on Vashon, not an insignificant trip. All along, Mark has been checking in on my health and how things are going. As people that are new to the area and have few connections as yet, this meant so much to my husband and I.
Thank you for giving your team the ability to be creative in solving customer challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone, ever.... More
