Second Key Update
Please read below for information related to obtaining a second key.
Over the last few years Toyota has faced global supply chain issues, just like every other industry. Unfortunately, the second remote fob for certain Toyota models was affected by this and have been slow to arrive. As these keys become available, customers will be notified through the Toyota Connected Services App. Once notified for availability, customers can contact our Service Department at 253.286.6000 for an appointment. Customers that have opted out of Connected Services can either opt back in or contact our Service Department and we will gladly check the VIN for applicability. The service appointment for key programming generally takes 90 minutes to complete, but may be longer depending on dealership workload/schedule.
